Drunk Wrestling History are celebrating Cinco Do Mayo by talking about two of WWE's greatest Mexican Superstars, Eddie Guerrero and Rey Mysterio. Back in 2005 they had what might have been the best feud of either of their careers which went from an amazing match between tag team partners, to a dark, violent, personal story that involved both of their families.We recorded this on Zoom and there was a technical issue so we had to extract the audio from the Zoom recording so it doesn't sound as good as most of our shows but we uploaded the video to our YouTube channel so you can check it out if you don't mind looking at us. what the hell did we just watch? In this weeks 205 Jive edition of Drunk wrestling History we are wondering why we watched months of Emmalina vignettes and ended up with Emma at the end. Following up on our Mega Powers episode, this week we are talking about Wrestlemania 5. This show had Shawn Michaels' Wrestlemania debut, Andre The Giant's last really good showing, a Mr. Fuji 5K, and a Bobby Heenan marathon. If you haven't heard the Mega Powers episode you might want to check that out first and then grab a drink and take a trip back to 1989 with and and celebrate the awesomeness of Wrestlemania 5.

Wrestlemania is shut down this year but we are drinking like we are still going. Drunk Wrestling History is back and this week we are talking about The Mega Powers. We are covering their beginning, their matches together, their Explosion, Elizabeth's ass, first aid, and more. We also have @tfowler1 on the phone for no reason other than because we figured out how to connect the phone to our mixer. The 1992 Royal Rumble is one of the greatest ever and this week Drunk Wrestling History are drinking and talking about that show. It was the first time that the WWE Championship was up for grabs in the Rumble match and had a lot of the great WWE guys from the 80s and early 90s. It also might have been Bobby Heenan's best night of commentary ever. Have a drink with us and check it out.
